DAmn it.. i got scolded for nth.. asshole.. there are too many telemarketing things now and now the customers dun even believe that all those calling from some service provider is really doing a survey so that they can improve on the customer service.. if there's no survey.. the service provider can't improve and the next time you go.. they didnt improve on the customer service and you complAin again.. so it's ur fault that u didnt wan to help and didnt get a good service from us.. fuck you!
It is also part of our job lor so why muz make things so difficult for us? dun u have a job alos? don't you have you face difficult customers also? so damn pissed..
