When I am happy, when it's nearing my fav festive season like xmas and CNY, I tend to eat more than usual.
I will think about happy food (which is also called junk food) such as chocolates, ice cream, waffles with ice cream, brownie with ice cream, sweets, cakes and chips.
Yum.
and so my waistline is increasing and i got to control myself.
I got to exercise more.
I have been telling myself to try to jog in the evenings since half a year ago and i only jogged once.
I am doing sit ups now but will it help to achieve flatter tummy?
They say if u start exercising, u have to continue. If not, u will be become fatter and flabbier if u stop.
So i guess the more effective way is to continue to eat a balance meal everyday but stop thinking and eating those snacks.
Anyway, I will be having 2 weeks holiday till 5 Jan.

but I have planned to work more and revise my work more.
boring right?
I know but no choice.
I have been neglecting MM and Marketing coz i was concentrating on Socio only.
and exam is coming in a few months time.
so i got to work and study hard.
but i will play hard too.
thinking of what to do on xmas day and new year's eve, attending jess bday on 26 Dec.
Btw, I realised that i didnt make any resolutions this year.
