My thumbdrive which stores all my photos and my mp3 which has 200+ songs are not working.
Serously, FML!!
I am going to the service centre after work later to enquire if they can get my photos back coz I believe that my thumbdrive overheated so there is still a chance that I can recover the photos from the memory chip right?
I know it sounds stupid to send a thumbdrive to the service centre to repair but I really need to get my photos back.
My thumbdrive contains all the photos of me and my bf, my family, my friends and the random pics. All the important photos!
If I can't get them back, I will..... be VERY DEPRESSED.
I haven't print out my Genting photos yet lor!
I just called their Customer Service Centre and the staff said that they dun repair thumbdrive but memory stick coz they dun have dunno-wat-thing.
They asked me to go to a 3rd party and enquire if they can retrieve the files.
What is the difference between a memory stick and thumbdrive?
Both use memory chip to stores the files right?
